Well, my arms have once again swelled up like startled blowfish.  I went back to the doctor and this one, after asking me if I was a foreign exchange student, decided that I must be allergic to something at work.  Long story short, I’m back on high doses of ‘roids.  Goodbye sleep!

Insomnia
